How long does it take to get my portrait?
This depends on my current workload. It usually it takes 4-5 business days to finish it, then 3-5 to ship it. During higher volume times such as Mother's Day and Christmas it is best to reserve your spot in my schedule up to 2 months in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
I have a photo that is faded, torn, bent or otherwise damaged. Can you do anything with it?
Please feel free to email a scan of the photo, or have the old photo copied and send the copy to me by mail and I can let you know if it will work well. There is no cost or obligation to send me photos to look at.
What format should my photo be?
Upload your photo in .jpeg, .gif, or .tiff. The better the image is, the better I will be able to create your painting. So as far as I am concerned, the larger the file the better. Try to send photos with the highest resolution you can. For some tips on photos for portraiture, please CLICK HERE.
Can you combine images from more than one photo into a single painting?
Yes I can.
Do I get my photos back?
Yes, your photos will be returned in the same condition that they are received. They are only used for art reference.
Can I use professional photos?
Yes, but I do require you to confirm that you are authorized to use the image(s) you send.
What sizes of portrait do you offer?
I offer multiple sizes for different budgets and/or wall space availability. The most popular sizes are 8x10 and 11x14, however, you can require any other sizes.
Can I order from you even though I am in another state or I live outside of the USA?
Yes. I ship worldwide, S&H rates are higher if shipping outside of the USA.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment may be made in cash (in person only), money order, check, or you may pay by credit/debit card over the phone or through PayPal. (Please do not send cash by mail.) Check or Money Order should be made payable to: Adam Weaver, 347 Green Mountain Road, Effingham NH, 03882-8313.
I am nervous about online shopping with my credit card. Am I protected from any type of fraud?
Shopping here is 100% safe and secure. PayPal has world-class security and anti fraud systems. None of your credit card details are given to me. PayPal takes care of the entire process.
What delivery methods do you use?
USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and International.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for artwork is FREE to all U.S. Postal Adresses. I ship USPS First Class with tracking so that you can track your package at your convenience. Prices will be adjusted if customer requests for the artwork to be framed.
What subjects do you paint/draw from the photo?
Human portraits, family portraits, self portraits, the wedding couple, animal portraits, buildings and cars, garden, landscape, house portraits, much more.
